How much will my air conditioning job cost?
Every job gets a fixed quote before any work starts, so you know the full figure in writing and there are no hourly rates and no bill shock.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, new customers get $50 off first service, and pensioners receive a 10% pensioner discount on the quoted work. Both apply to jobs across the city, from a single split service to a full ducted fit-out.
Can you come out today or after hours?
Yes, we hold 24/7 emergency availability, and urgent faults get a Within-the-Hour Response where availability allows. A dead system on a 40-degree day counts as urgent, so call rather than waiting it out.

Licensing, Insurance and Aircon Compliance
Who is actually working on your system, and what backs the job if something goes wrong later.
Are your technicians licensed for refrigerant work?
We work under ARC Licence L162586, RAC01 - Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence, which covers installation, servicing and refrigerant handling. That is the full classification, not a partial one.
Are you insured?
Yes, the team is fully licensed and insured, and the work is backed by a Lifetime Labour Warranty on workmanship. You should never let an unlicensed operator near refrigerant, in an apartment tower or anywhere else.
What happens if the fault comes back after your work?
If a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost under our Lifetime Labour Warranty. We would rather come back once than argue about whose problem it is.

Should I repair or replace my system?
We assess the system on site and give you an honest answer, because a unit worth repairing should not be sold a replacement and vice versa. Age, parts availability and running cost all feed into that call.
Do you work on apartments and converted buildings?
Yes, much of the city's stock is units and converted commercial buildings, and we work through balconies, plant decks and body corporate access every week. We confirm building rules during the assessment so the quote reflects them.
Can you service evaporative cooling as well as split and ducted systems?
Yes, evaporative units are not refrigerated systems and need seasonal attention to pads, water feed and bleed-off, and we service both types. Dry summers here are exactly what evaporative is built for.
Do you install ducted heating and cooling?
We fit ducted air conditioning and ducted gas heating, which suits households wanting one system that covers heating and cooling across the whole home. Winters here are cold enough that heating is a real purchase, not an afterthought.
Which brands do you install and service?
We work on Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and ActronAir systems, and our technicians carry common parts for all of them. That means most faults are fixed in a single visit.
